Consulting

With over a decade of experience as a business advisor with the North Carolina Small Business & Technology Development Center (SBTDC), Adrianne has counseled hundreds of businesses of all sizes in a wide range of industries. One-on-one advising can come in many forms including objective feedback, recommendations, coaching and goal setting. To be truly effective, business consulting must be flexible to address the unique considerations of the company, individual and desired outcome.  Adrianne uses a customized approach for each advising relationship to address the specific needs business owners, non-profit directors and managers face during times of significant growth or transition.

Marketing

Most consultants offer advice in a specific area of specialization. Few can help a business or organization across all the areas impacted by change and transition.  A company experiencing tremendous growth  is likely feeling the effects in every area of business – culture, communication, cash flow, capacity and customer service. The same is true for a business recovering from a disaster or decline in market share.  All of the functions and aspects of business  are effected by change.

Adrianne has made a career out of helping businesses through transitions, including start-up, so that they emerge as a more  focused, sustainable and flexible organization. Just like her presentations, Adrianne’s consulting sessions are known for their clear organization and focus on implementable next steps. She leverages her experience advising hundreds of businesses facing change to bring insight and best practices that results in cohesive improvements across all areas of the company.
